Privacy Policy
Sauji is billing, stock and khata software for shops in Nepal, made by Nep X Infotech. This page explains what we collect and what we do with it.
What we collect
Your account: name, email address and phone number. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google.
Your shop's records, which you or your staff enter: shop details (name, address, PAN), products, prices and stock, sales and bills, purchases, expenses, customers and suppliers you add (names, phone numbers, what they owe), and your team members.
Pharmacy shops also record medicine batches and expiry dates, the DDA registration number, the pharmacist's council number, and, for prescription medicines, the prescription entered at the counter (patient name and age, prescriber name and number, prescription date).
Why we use it
Only to run Sauji for you: to sign you in, keep your shop's records, make bills and reports, and support you when you ask for help. We do not show ads, and we never sell or rent your data or your customers' data.
Who can see it
Your shop's records are visible only to people you add to your shop, with the permissions you give them. Each shop is kept separate from every other shop by the database itself.
Sauji staff look at a shop's records only to fix a problem you report or when the law requires it.
Where it is kept
Records are stored on our cloud database provider, Supabase, on servers outside Nepal, and travel over encrypted connections. Google handles Google sign-in. Payment for Sauji is made by QR; we do not collect card details.
How long we keep it and how to delete it
We keep your records while your shop uses Sauji. To delete your account or your shop's records, email hello@nepx.com.np from your account's email address. We may need to keep some records for longer where the law requires it.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes, we will update this page and its date. Questions: hello@nepx.com.np.
