Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use Sauji, the shop software made by Nep X Infotech, on the web or on Android.
Your account and shop
You are responsible for your account, for the people you add to your shop and for what they enter. Keep your password private.
Trial and payment
Every new shop gets a 14-day free trial. After that, Sauji costs Rs 499 a month or Rs 4,999 a year, paid by QR. Nothing is charged automatically. If a subscription ends, you can still see your records but cannot add new ones until you renew.
What Sauji is and is not
Sauji helps you keep bills, stock, khata and reports. Its bills are not IRD-certified tax invoices; VAT-registered shops must keep issuing VAT invoices as the law requires.
Pharmacy mode helps track batches, expiry and prescriptions. It is not approved by the Department of Drug Administration, does not support narcotic or psychotropic medicines, and does not replace the registers and checks the law requires of a pharmacy.
Recording a bill needs an internet connection.
Your data
Your shop's records belong to you. How we handle them is described in our Privacy Policy.
